– We limit our member list in order to ensure that our clients get the best deals and service at all times. Our team invests hours of research, going through every last option, and we must use our time efficiently.   

– We specialize in and book Business and First Class tickets with substantial discounts.

– We are known for our ability to offer deals that others can’t, because we have developed our own (often non-traditional) methods in this industry.

– Our vast knowledge of over 100 airlines, 100’s of partnerships, and a creative team, results in thousands of different methods. If you are interested in learning them all, join the team. We’re hiring 🙂

– Absolutely. We have no allegiance to any airline or route, our only allegiance and promise is to bring you the best deal out there. Obviously, the more choices we have the better deals we can find, but we are always happy to work with your preferences. Just let us know.

– We stand by every booking 100%, and we have done so since our founding for all of our clients. We have a proud record to show, topped by an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau and verified by ARC.

– We will work closely with the airline to ensure Pointy clients are the first to be protected and/or rebooked.
Always check your flight status before you leave to the airport, as last minutes changes happen frequently. Last minute cancellations are generally handled best at the airport’s ticketing desk.

The bottom line: We stand by our tickets and will be there for you until you reach your destination.

– You will ALWAYS find our fares to be the best out there – if you allow for some flexibility. Without flexibility, our options might be limited, but you’ll still save money with us. Note, that some flights cannot be discounted after a certain capacity.

– Most discounted method do not earn miles. If earning miles is a strong preference to you, please let us know before we book

– Our office hours are 10 AM to 6 PM Eastern Time Monday through Friday, for phone inquiries. You can always email us and get an answer within 6 hours. For emergencies you can always get through by dialing 9 from the main menu.

We are closed on Saturdays.

PAYMENT & REFUND

– We accept bank transfers, and all major credit cards.

– We have a $100 agency fee in addition to the standard airline fees which range between $50 to $450 USD. But please remember, in some cases the change may result in a higher fare.

Most tickets are non-refundable for a cash refund, but can be credited to future use for 12 months from date of issuance.

PROCESS

– You inquire. Either by phone or by email.
We quote. We’ll work through the options with you to find the most suitable itinerary.
You confirm. By submitting an online secure payment authorization.
We book. We now issue your e-tickets.

– All tickets are issued electronically. Some tickets have to be manually issued in order to get the discounted rate, and can take up to 7 business days. If your travel is sooner, we will always ensure you have it in time for your trip.

– Eleven months from the last date of the planned trip.

– Up to 24 hours before the flight. Less than that, contact us and we’ll advise accordingly.

– Your passport alone is sufficient to bring up your ticket at check-in. However, we do recommend to have a record of the e-ticket number we provide you.
Please refer to the respective country’s website for visa requirements and processing.

– This may vary. While there are more options far out in advance, there may be last minute openings. Our advice: Book whenever you feel ready to book and confirm, and we will be there to serve you.
